This notice describes the independent contact system operated by Zach Boulert for Facebook Marketplace rental inquiries, renter-to-owner education and first-time home-buyer planning. The system is controlled by Zach and is separate from a brokerage-owned CRM.

The system may store your name, email address, phone number, Facebook Marketplace conversation and listing context, housing interests, approximate buying timeline, communication preferences, consent and unsubscribe history, message activity, referral source and any planning information you choose to provide.
It also keeps limited technical and security records, such as timestamps, delivery identifiers, browser information and a one-way hash of an internet address when a web form is used. It does not intentionally collect passwords, banking information, government identification or detailed mortgage documents.
Email and text choices are recorded separately. You may withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and an unsubscribe request is applied immediately by the system. If text messaging is activated in the future, replying STOP will opt out. Service or transaction messages you specifically request may still be sent where appropriate.
Cloudflare provides the independently controlled database, application hosting and security services. Resend provides email delivery and inbound-email processing. These providers process information only to operate the service and may use infrastructure outside Ontario or Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to lawful access under that jurisdiction's laws. Zach remains responsible for the information and limits providers to the operational purposes described here.
No personal information is sold. It is not placed in a RE/MAX, kvCORE or other brokerage-owned CRM by this system. A provider may be replaced while the purposes and protections described here remain the same.
Safeguards include encrypted web connections, scoped private access keys, restricted owner access, consent and activity logs, automatic backups and recovery controls, limited browser-extension permissions, unsubscribe suppression, and monitoring for delivery or automation failures. No internet service can eliminate every risk.
Personal information is kept only while it serves the purposes above or is reasonably needed for security, suppression, consent evidence or legal obligations. Inquiry details that never receive buyer-email consent are automatically scheduled for minimization after 24 months without activity. Active subscriber records are kept while the requested relationship continues. After withdrawal, queued marketing stops immediately and only the limited information reasonably needed to honour the opt-out and demonstrate compliance may be retained. Information no longer required is deleted, anonymized or minimized.
You may ask whether this system holds information about you, request access to it, ask for a correction, withdraw consent or request deletion where applicable. The effective date and version above will change when this notice changes materially. Fresh consent will be requested before personal information is used for a materially new purpose that requires it.
