This notice explains the independent contact system used by Zach Boulert for renter-to-owner and first-time home buyer information. It is separate from brokerage-owned CRM systems.
The system may store your name, email, phone number, Facebook Marketplace inquiry context, housing interests, approximate buying timeline, consent history, message activity, referral source and communication preferences.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide requested renter-to-owner guidance, tailor follow-ups, identify when a person requests direct help, maintain consent records, prevent unwanted messages and understand referrals.
Long-term marketing begins only after an explicit request and confirmation. Email and text consent are recorded separately. You can unsubscribe using any email link. For texts, reply STOP. Operational records may be retained where reasonably needed for consent, suppression, security and legal compliance.
Data is stored in Zach’s independently controlled Cloudflare account. Replaceable providers may process email or text delivery. Data is not dependent on a RE/MAX or other brokerage CRM. Reasonable safeguards are used, and access is limited to the business and authorized service providers.
